Requirements & Equipment

A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, a properly rated tow vehicle, and a signed rental agreement are all required.

Each trailer has its own weight, which impacts your towing setup. We’ll provide the trailer’s specs and help you confirm your vehicle’s capacity before you book.

Yes! We offer adjustable drop hitches, ball mounts, and common plug adapters. Just let us know what you need.

Yes, as long as your equipment meets the trailer’s specifications. We’ll review it with you before the rental begins.

We have straps, e-tracks, tire nets, ramps, and more. You can reserve accessories during checkout or request them directly.

We keep extra accessories onsite and can help you add or swap items at the time of pickup.

Policies & Support

Plans change — we get it. Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund, minus any credit card processing fees. For last-minute changes, contact us directly — we’ll do our best to help.
